Find the Source. Relieve the Tension.

Last week, we tried something different.

You were asked to search:

“Tight hips and abductors, tight inner thighs, tight glutes medius, tight tensor fasciae latae, tight SI joint - what can they cause?”

One response stood out:

“It sounds like everything I’ve been feeling.”

That’s the point

The Next Step

This week builds on that insight.

Now that you’ve seen how connected the body is,
it’s time to experience what happens when you relieve the tension at the source.

The Assignment

Search for:

“Mini Massage Gun”

Not the large ones.
The small, palm-sized version.

Compact.
Portable.
Powerful.

Small enough to carry with you -
and use throughout the day.

How to Use It

When it arrives, keep it simple:

Use it on the areas you looked up last week
(not just where the pain shows up)

Short sessions:
1–5 minutes at a time

Spread it throughout the day:
A minute here
A minute there

If you sit often,
use it every 20–30 minutes

Then:
A short session in the evening
Another before bed
And again in the morning

What You’ll Notice

Relief doesn’t always come from where it hurts.

It comes from addressing what’s causing it.

As tension starts to release,
movement feels easier
pain becomes less frequent
and your body starts working with you again

What This Unlocks

This is where understanding begins.

Why mobility matters
Why strengthening these areas matters
Why tension builds — and how to reduce it

You don’t need to know all the science.

You just need to feel the difference.

Keep Going

Try it consistently for a few days.

Notice what changes.

And if you’ve been skeptical -
this is where that starts to shift.

Next week, we move to the next phase.
